[Ambassadors] out of regular schedule fudcon planning meeting

We are going to have a out of schedule meeting to advance in approval of 
travel tickets. This is a extra meeting, we will have our regular 
meeting on weekend as usual.

We are only to deal with travel ticket and we are working until all trac 
tickets posted on time are reviewed.

If you have a open trac ticket will be helpful if you attend the 
meeting, but it is not mandatory to assit.
