[Ambassadors] I wrote a writeup of Fedora 22 KDE Spin Beta

I'm adding this here as an ambassador action, I guess. After going through
the steps on the walkthrough I'm not sure what's left for me to get
sponsored, but I saw an email exchange on the mailing list before in which
I guess we're supposed to be doing ambassador stuff before we're officially
ambassadors.
