[Ambassadors] BalCCon 2k15 event in Serbia

Hey Momcilo,

looks like a good event to start covering Serbia as well. It would actually make
more sense if there are any available ambassadors from nearby countries (like
Hungary or Romania, for example) that would like to join you. If not, you should
then look for ambassadors from other European countries as well.

Are you planning to submit any talk(s)? It will be great to have at least one
talk focused on community building; I can for sure provide tips and help for
this, based on previous experiences.

I also have some friends (from other foss communities) that participated last
year as speakers, and could probably connect us with the organisers should we
need to ask for anything specific.

Let us know in case you need any particular advice and help for planning.
