[Ambassadors] About JUDCon, Bid LATAM

Hi all,

We are trying to hire a bid for JBoss Users and Developers Conference 
here in LATAM region, specifically in Santiago de Chile. Years ago we 
(Chilean Team) were involved as coordinators of FUDCon Santiago 2010, so 
we have the experience for build something even bigger, but we need the 
correct guidelines for assure a good organization. So, I would like to 
ask if somebody knows about guidelines for organize this event in details, I
guess there exist a kind of how-to, as the existing for our FUDCon.

I have budget from Red Hat Latam for finance it.
