I suggest that there should be at least a session on trying to
identify and list potential Fedora contributors along with their skill
set. Also perhaps there can be some concrete planning about how to go
ahead in bringing out the best in them. I have felt that it becomes
really a difficulty for contributors to identify proper areas and move
ahead. This probably can not be done in a mailing list thread.
Perhaps, also not that well in any IRC discussion. This perhaps can be
done best by mentors and ambassadors by meeting physically and
exchanging views among themselves.
I am not sure whether FAD is the right place for such a kind of
discussion. Maybe a FUDCon is better. This exercise once or twice a
year might just increase quality contribution to Fedora project.
