[Ambassadors] EMEA ambassadors need new leadership

Hi there,

first of all, I'd like to thank you Jiri, ....
... for all you've done so far for EMEA Ambassadors.

Also for your clear description what must be done when you step back as
"leader" for EMEA. When I may take a look back in the years I'd like to
say that maybe I was one of the first "leader" not voted or elected but
Ambassadors were just hired by me, but I also gave up and Christoph took
over a "leadership", which he gave up to you ...
Duties and jobs as leader changed, also the personal situation of each
Ambassador and the one who has a leading position.

In general your mail today and my history brings me back to one idea which
we had in a discussion long time ago with Max (Spevack).

We should have a elected leader from each region (globally) which should
be working close to the FPL and be his first contact in each region.
As far as I remember, we also had a draft how to report some things;
remember FAD :-)

And because of FAD 2015, it looks like that Rheinfelden is unable to do
(because of the prices), Leverkusen (also fails because I think Felix is
in the US) BUT

Zoltan asked me a few days ago if I'm ok with it, when Hungary will hold
it this year in Budapest, which I agreed. So Zoltan, it's now up to you to
provide us with details ...

Just my five cents which I wanted to share with you

Best regards
Gerold
