[Ambassadors] FAD EMEA 2015 - Call for bids

Hello again,

Just a friendly reminder for people in the EMEA region, to submit their
bids for a potential location to host this year's EMEA FAD. The deadline
is the Fedora 22 Beta release(September 22), and there are no official
submitted bids so far.
