 There will be an outage starting at 2013-06-10 21:00 UTC, which will
 last approximately 4 hours.

 Reason for outage:

 We will be applying all pending updates to servers and rebooting them.
 This will get us up on the latest kernel as well as finding any issues
 before we enter the final freeze before Fedora 19 release. Note that
 each service should only have a short outage, but that any services
 affected may be up and down during the outage window.
