 Reason for outage:

 We will be migrating lists.fedorahosted.org to our new
 mailman3/hyperkitty setup. Lists will be migrated one by one over the
 course of the outage window. Archives or admin functions may be
 unavailable for lists while they are migrated, and posts might be
 delayed for a short time. All links, archives, subscription lists and
 settings should be preserved in the new migrated lists.
