Anyone heard of this before this week?

LWN/The H: http://lwn.net/Articles/321396/
Engadget: http://www.engadget.com/2009/03/02/touch-book-from-always-innovating-harbors-removable-tablet-netb/
Website: https://www.alwaysinnovating.com/home/

They apparently sponsor some open-source projects recently:

I just asked them how much RAM are in the devices -- as it's based on
the Beagle Board, it might unfortunately be only 128MB/256MB. The
website and downloadable schematics does not quite say. The schematics
is based on revision B.5 too, which means USB controller bug, but
hopefully they'll fix that before the final product is out.

If the memory is upgradable to the 512MB-1GB range, then we should
probably start looking at installation issues (e.g. doing a live ISO
that can be put on a thumb drive)

Regards,
