[fedora-arm] rfsbuild doesn't work on F14 - rfsbuild SRPM is needed to fix

Whe I invoke rfsbuild like this, it gives error:

$ rfsbuild --repo=c12,http://ftp.linux.org.uk/pub/linux/arm/fedora/pub/fedora/linux/releases/12/Everything/arm/os/
--package=bash --package=nfs-utils ./startQEMU -f=/tmp/rootfs-f12/
--initrd=0 --verbosity=2

The error itself is incorrect:

The error message should instead read:
RFS path doesn't exist: /tmp/rootfs-f12/

I want to properly fix this. Where can I locate SRPM package for rfsbuild?
