[fedora-arm] Cheap ARM devices

I saw that article and it claims the device is shipping already but I can't
find a place to purchase one. Anyone else with better luck?

This one is another quite cheap tablet, prices start at $155 with all
the options topping out at $210. Its also based on a Samsung processor
that already has reasonable kernel support.
