all the builds this afternoon have been failing. its due to issues with
the hosts that were brought up today to run the newRepo tasks. they
likely need a patched koji with hfp support, a patched yum with hfp
support and rpm to know about hfp also.

ive disabled the new builders. re-enabled hongkong and regened the
repo. building is ok again. so now  we just need to get the hosts
patched correctly.
