[fedora-arm] arv7hl SRPM status updates

I added a new shade of purple for the .0.armN case to indicate the
difference between "we added an arm-specific patch" (12) and "we just
changed the spec files" (91).

Of the ones that are just spec file changes, these are the only ones
that do more than just add %{arm}:

  (disables assembly optimizations, since there are no ARM ones)
java-1.5.0-gcj-1.5.0.0-37.fc15.0.arm1.src.rpm
  (enables boostrapping)
pl-5.10.2-5.fc15.0.arm1.src.rpm
  (tweaks to JAVA_HOME and JAVA_LIB variables)


The remaining 88 SRPMs (mostly ghc-*) just add %{arm} or armv7hl to
the ExclusiveArch list.  Dennis, can you check those into fedora-git?
