[fedora-arm] F15 ARMv5 Status Update

So as you've probably been following we are at the 4300 built package mark. The two main sites to track this are:

Along with the actual stage 0 repo data:

Paul Whalen has a cronjob which will produce a repo-closure report each day and can be accessed here as well: 
http://australia.proximity.on.ca/paul/f15repoc.txt


I appreciate everyone's help on this task btw, I know I haven't had much time lately to closely monitor the build failures/issues but I'm trying.
