[fedora-arm] Include prelink in fedora arm?

I beg to differ. But regardless, care to add up what that will do to the 
life expectancy of your built in flash that the OS runs from on any of 
the commonly used ARM devices (SheevaPlug, AC100, Genesi Efika)?
