[fedora-arm] Primary architecture proposal alpha draft

It's a little disjoint and out of order, but the first draft of the 
primary architecture proposal is available for some serious editing at:

This is based on notes from FUDcon and a couple cell phone shots of 
chalk boards.  If I've missed anything feel free to add, or send me 
additional chalk board jpegs containing the areas that I missed :-)
