I tried the patch (on vanilla 3.3.0-rc5+, which was showing the same 
problem). Needed some manual merging.

It gets rid of the BUG messages, but not the "systemd invoked 
oom-killer" issue that completely crashes my Trim Slice.

Brendan Conoboy pointed me to 
http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org/packages/kernel/2.6.42.2/1.fc15/armv7hl/kernel-tegra-2.6.42.2-1.fc15.armv7hl.rpm
which boots without either issue.
