[fedora-arm] Koji Task Progress Bars v2 ??

So my original version of having Koji's task page with progress bars kinda failed.
I got bored again and am testing out a new version of this.
If the py script is able to be kept running on my server this page can give a quick history of how our builds are going vs mainline
