[fedora-arm] Is it time to get an arm notebook?

I actually used the Chromebook for a couple of weeks while travelling
to do some development work.  Graphics are a bit slow and mouse is
horrible, but over all it wasn't too bad.  The thing is super-light,
has excellent battery life, and reasonably fast.
