[fedora-arm] Fedora 20 on older "Beagle" boards

It boots fine on the Beagle xM, there's still an issue with usb hub
powering up and hence ethernet but g_ether over the OTG port works
fine for network. I think this issue might have been fixed in 3.13rc4
but I've not had time to check.
