[fedora-arm] [AArch64] Stage2 status

Hi Dennis,

Mark has rpm support working after a lot of debug effort last week. I am confident he has all of the patches in hand to complete stage2 soon, and that he will do his usually excellent job of ensuring these get integrated into upstreams.
