[fedora-arm] Minimal printing problems

I've always had good luck posting cups related issues on the
"development" list.  Tim Waugh is usually very prompt with his responses
and is very helpful.  You might also consider opening a ticket in
bugzilla under "cups".  He is follows that as well.
