Looking at the DT it adds support for CPUs, some memory and serial
ports, it doesn't appear to inherit a .dtsi for other functionality. I
don't see whether it's dependent on other patch series and it looks
like there's some feedback.

In the short term I'm not sure in their current state they provide
much of use in a Fedora kernel without other patch series.
