[fedora-arm] Finally booted Fedora using root FS on SATA on a Wandboard Quad

note we default to raw kernels and initramfs,  the dtb that ships with
the latest kernel should support sata, and dracut should include the
modules by default
after putting the rootfs on sata you should only need to update
/etc/fstab and /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf
