[fedora-arm] Fedora 21 Alpha RC1 for aarch64

I unplugged hdd with Fedora/rawhide, removed all UEFI boot entries and
did a clean install on empty HDD. There is a bug [1] about not creating
boot entry in UEFI and new blog post [2] which describes how I did the
installation.

Resulting system is bootable and working. Not played with it yet.
