[Fedora-Bangladesh] Problem while setting up TOR

 Start TOR and Privoxy by starting the Services application (System ->
Administration -> Services).
Find TOR and Privoxy in the list; Enable and Start them both.

If Services is not available, try install, yum install
system-config-services .
