check if the pom file java vendor is different by Oracle Corporation
if isnt like this one change vendor name in pom file

available mina-ftpserver in my repo ... forgot rhbz numeber ...

#  mvn(org.apache.ftpserver:ftplet-api)
#  mvn(org.apache.ftpserver:ftpserver-core)
#  mvn(org.apache.ftpserver:ftpserver-deprecated)
