Hive packaging update

Amigos,

I've updated the Hive packaging wiki with information about a branch on 
the github site that contains a set of commits for a speculative Fedora 
build of Hive. Basically, there is a list of dependencies that block the 
Hive packaging itself. Once those are resolved it will make sense to 
start developing a spec file and Hive package.
