I actually think you can't answer "selection and curation"
sufficiently without answering the first item in some form because
that is the _selection_ part.  Having a process to determine selected
content is valuable, but that's actually the easier thing to solve.
Once you have that process in place you're still required to determine
what is appropriate to list there.
