 Talked about this on the call. Basic plan is: we are going to refer this
 to CWG and ask them to talk to Harald. If that doesn't result in positive
 change, we will take next steps, including moderation/suspension.


 The focus of the fedora devel mailing list needs to be on the development
 of Fedora, and these threads are disruptive. That doesn't mean alternate
 views aren't allowed -- in fact, to the contrary, this kind of thread
 makes it hard to constructively change minds or plans, because we're all
 working out of a hole of negativity.
