[Fedora-users-br] bloquear usuarios de desligar e reiniciar

Estava implementando um LTSP hoje e ainda estou com isso na cabeça.
Vá no "Centro de Controle" do KDE e na aba "Desligar" escolha em "Permitir 
Desligamento", lá tem Todos, Somente Root e Ninguem.

Só não me pergunte "Sim e qual destes eu escolho?"  :)
