Hi,

We really don't believe the issue relies on our side, due to the
following reasons:

. Other Brazilian users and I used to access the website and webmail
with no problems up to Friday, July 21
. No port or server rules were changed recently in our sistems
. Some Brazilian users still cannot access both, website and webmail
. We just tried accessing the website via dial-up connection. Unsuccessful

Please try accessing website and webmail outside your network so you can
possibly replicate the scenario.

Looking forward to receive your feedback and solution.
