[Fedora-mktg-brazil] Agora sim!

Acredito que os plugins do gstreamer sejam GPL sim, bom é uma suposição, mas
mesmo que eles sejam licenciados sobre GPL estão infrigindo patentes, por
isso não devem fazer parte do Fedora.
