mock configs for other flavors?

Excellent.  That's the part I wasn't sure of; I do already have access
to rhel 3/4 repos but wasn't sure if there was any additional
configuration I needed to do from a mock perspective.  (I know under
mach at one point, we needed to change the runuser setting, for
instance.)
