The fc6 vs. fc7 buildsys issue again

Does anyone understand the following build job? Copy of the page is
appended below.

Target fc6, tag fc6, but the buildsys used fc7 in paths and created
a fc7 src.rpm, but fc6 binary rpms:

How is that possible when plague-client targets fc6?
