mock+createrepo running as root?

Hrm, not something messed up on your system, probably an oversight on
our part as to how to run the createrepo.  I'm just now pushing a mock
out that disables the createrepo stuff by default, as we fine tune this
feature.

Can you file a bug about this so we don't lose it?
