"koji import " command fails

do you have selinux in enforcing mode?  we dont yet have a good selinux policy 
for koji.  

Do you plan to rebuild your srpms?  if so you dont want to import them instead 
you want to build them.
 if you plan to import matching binary rpms you really should do it all in a 
single transaction.
