How to split a install DVD to some CDs

I have a install DVD, and i want split it to some install CDs, how to do ?

I build some CDs use revisor , but when i replace the install.img ,
initrd.img and bootlogo in first CD, only first CD be installed, it will not
to let you inseart the others.

So, if i can modify the first CD the better.
Or, split form DVD.
