There was a change:

when I initially looked at it, and because I was concerned about

The demand for Vagrant boxes has been very large - I'm sure a community
would participate on initial "structural testing" of making sure it functions
essentially as designed.

Agree that rawhide should come first, but it would be fairly sad
to delay this until F23 given that most of the work has been
done.
