[FZH] IBus-Table 碼表包重組方案（暨我的新郵箱測試）

Hi,

為了減了不必要的消耗在 IBus-Table 碼表包的維護上，我向 IBus-Table 原作者 acevery 提交了代碼包重組方案；

他大致上同意了減少源碼包的提議，同時希望對重組方案先過目。

三大包名稱為： ibus-table-cangcan（倉廣）, ibus-table-xingyin（形音）,
ibus-table-others（其他）

詳細如下：

  ibus-table-cangcan provide the following input method tables for
   IBus-Table, one of input method engines on IBus framework:

  Cang Jie and derived tables
