[FZH] 如何回退到升级前的安装版本

不过我觉得大多数时候 updates 的包都比较稳定，有时候 admin 人品不好也会推了个有 bug 的包过来，不过这种情况各个发行版都会有的。现在
Fedora 这种情况也很少出现了。
