[FZH] #U yum-plugin-local 插件用法

应该是自动的吧，我看 yum --help 的时候也没有发现 --update 这个选项哦。在插件选项都没有啊

刚才试了一下，装了两个包，不用任何选项，都会直接扔到本地源的地址，然后创建一个源。暂时没有知道那个本地源会不会有新包送入然后就会扔掉旧包了。
