[FZH] 关于 术语对照表 的一个协作方式的讨论

位于Google Docs的 术语对照表 目前处于活跃编辑中。

今天下午从 happyaron 那里得知，launchpad上有专门的术语 po文件。采用BSD License。
本人与 happyaron 进行了个人讨论(邮件末尾附聊天记录)。

讨论大概意思是想把两边的朋友动员起来，通过另一种方式，两边协作，更有效的编辑 术语对照表。
大概计划如下；

1. po文件翻译(分zh_CN,zh_TW, zh_HK)-提交(happyaron建议仍在launchpad，因为比起google
docs，大陆的朋友更容易访问一些。但缺点是没有google docs那样实时便捷---我的个人看法)
2. 翻译完成的po文件经过处理，合并为一个统一的文件(表格，html等)，成为一个术语繁简对照表，以供以后使用。

我觉得这么做的优点是可以使用现成的术语词条，如果是用Google Docs，那么需要大家不断的去添加词条。
整个过程需要单独的翻译提交平台(如launchpad)，因此对于Fedora列表下的朋友来说，如果想要加入编辑行列，可能需要去注册另外的帐号。


具体是否可行，如果可行如何实施，仍需要进一步讨论。

我这边发起的这个表，主要是针对繁简对照，就是常用的一些术语，繁简对照一下，以便熟悉对方说法。另外在翻译上能起到一定的参考作用。这是我目前的一个想法

那如果这样的话，这个po文件的翻译，怎么协作？比如在何处进行？因为翻译的地方多，每个人常用的也不同。如何协调？
