In anticipation of nokia's plans to ship a separate qtwebkit, we've
split this out into separate packaging in rawhide's qt-4.7.0-0.10 (and
newer)
qt-webkit
qt-webkit-devel

So, if you have a package that needs this at build time, you will now
need to use (preferably):
BuildRequires: qt4-webkit-devel
or
BuildRequires: qt-webkit-devel

To ease migration, I also added similar Provides: to qt-4.6.2-18+ builds
for previous releases, which will be issued as updates at earliest prudence.
