[FZH] Fedora 13 fcitx（小企鹅输入法） 不能使用

步骤：
1.yum remove imsettings-libs
2.安装（编译时要修改一个Makefile，自己看提示信息）
3.在.bashrc里加上：
export LC_CTYPE="zh_CN.utf8"
export GTK_IM_MODULE=xim
export XMODIFIERS="@im=fcitx"
4.在startup里加上fcitx。
重启就行了。
