alsa 配置为 forward 到 pulseaudio

推荐大家使用 OSS4

OSS4 内核级完全实现 ALSA + Pulseaudio 的功能。

内核实现的，所以延迟小，效率高，CPU 占用低。
现有的大量软件都支持 OSS
个别不支持的可以配置 alsa forward 到 oss 就可以了。
