看xeCJK的文档，上面说，

半角式: 所有标点占半个汉字宽度。
全角式: 所有标点占一个汉字宽度, 相邻两个标点占 1.5 汉字宽度。
开明式: 句末点号用全角, 其他半角。
行末半角式: 所有标点占一个汉字宽度, 行首行末对齐。

另外，我自己用xelatex时貌似用的是开明式。
