[FZH] [fcitx]fcitx4.0 in Fedora cannot be turned on by pressing CTRL_SPACE

恩哼，终于被我解决了。
但这是个issue，我现在不方便提交，发到这里。
fcitx可以有效地在zh_CN运行，但是zh_TW就不行了
[这是歧视民国用户]
