[FZH] [fcitx]fcitx4.0 in Fedora cannot be turned on by pressing CTRL_SPACE

fcitx 刚刚才加入 Traditional Chinese 的支持，所以支持得不好也不太奇怪。iBus Pinyin 刚刚加入
Traditional Chinese 的时候也不是很好的，后来慢慢改进才好的。
